Conference Registration Fees apply per the fee identified on the payment page of online registration. Discount rates are available for various conference packages based on the following schedule:

Meal Information:
All Wednesday and Thursday conference attendees receive a $6.00 lunch voucher for Wednesday and Thursday, good only in the Exhibit Hall. Voucher must be dated by registration and valid only between 11am - 1pm on specified day. Vouchers cannot be combined, only one per person. Lost or stolen lunch vouchers will not be replaced.

Discounts:
Enter or mention your promotion or discount code when registering. Promotion and discounts codes can not be combined. Please note that discounts are not retroactive for previously registered attendees.

Payment:
Payment may be made on-line with a credit card or off-line with a credit card, a company or personal check, or by bank wire transfer. Details are provided later in the registration process. Please note that Ecobuild America, LLC will appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds:
Requests for refunds will be honored through April 18, 2008, 1700 Eastern Time. There will be a $100 service charge for cancellation refunds. Requests should be sent in writing via fax or email to the conference registrar. Refunds will NOT be issued after April 18, 2008. There are no refunds for no-shows. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that discounts are not retroactive for previously registered attendees.

Substitutions:
Requests for substitutions will be permitted when both registrants are employed by the same organization and the payment has been made by company check or company credit card or wire transfer. There will be a $50 service charge for each substitution. Requests must be made in writing via fax or email by the original registrant to the conference registrar by April 18, 2008, 1700 Eastern Time.

Letter of Invitation:
A letter of invitation for the purpose of requesting a visa will be issued to delegates who have registered and paid their registration fees. To request a letter of invitation, after you have completed your registration, please send email to Lisa Cortes with the following information: your registration ID number, your passport number and country of issue, your postal address and your fax number. A letter will be sent to you by fax and postal mail.

Security Notes:
For security purposes, all attendees will be required to present photo identification on-site at the Registration Desk.

All event and conference registrants and attendees must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register and gain admittance to any conference session or event.
